Jo Tanner
Jo trained as a journalist so has an eye for a story and knows exactly what makes journalists tick, however, she was soon lured into political PR. After three years in Westminster working directly with politicians in the Press Office of the Conservative Party, Jo went on to lead campaigns for RNID, (managing Scotland, Wales and NI), NSPCC and the Learning and Skills Council.
In her next role as Head of Media at the British Chambers of Commerce, Jo gained valuable experience in dealing with regional media and a range of industries as well as understanding local sensitivities to national media campaigns. After creating a new in-house operation and running eye-catching media campaigns which joined up the fragmented UK chambers, Jo left to co-found iNHouse Communications.
Jo’s experience provides clients with expertise in diplomacy, sensitive political issues and overcoming hurdles to communicate with difficult to reach audiences. Whilst working with Boris Johnson on his 2008 London Mayoral Campaign, Jo developed day by day media plans to launch policies and initiatives across all of London’s 32 boroughs.
Creativity to boost the PR profile is one of Jo’s favourite aspects of her work, particularly developing solutions working to tight budgets. In recent years, Jo has developed further expertise working on litigation including a major judicial review.

Katie Perrior
Katie met Jo during the 2001 General Election at the Conservative Party. She left to work as a freelancer for Celador, makers of ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?’ and ITN, firstly for ITV News, then Head of Press for Channel 4 News. She returned to Politics as a Senior Media Advisor to the Shadow Home Secretary and then went to work on Live8 in London and in Scotland. Katie identified a gap in the market for a different type of PR agency and in 2006 persuaded Jo to join her to set up iNHouse.
Katie has an unrivalled contact book both across Westminster, local government and the media. Her expertise in reactive media relations has been honed over many years and these skills were instrumental in the Boris Johnson election victory in 2008. In 2011, Katie has taken a lead role in setting up the National Asian Business Association. Katie is a Cabinet Member in the London Borough of Bexley and in her spare time mentors female entrepreneurs on business as well as hosting lectures in foreign countries on political campaigning.

Victoria Barton
As an accomplished lobbyist Victoria joined iNHouse in December 2009 and has since worked across many clients such as Visit England, 1994 Group and Leicester Asian Business Association. Victoria joined iNHouse from Edelman Public Affairs. She has worked across a number of sectors with clients ranging from Bechtel, Shell, Network Rail, Lloyds TSB, Lloyds Register and E.ON. Most recently she has been involved in the campaign against the proposed repeal of FHL rules and other tourism taxation rules. Prior to this, she was a member of the Government Affairs team at Pfizer. This work centered on submissions to the OFT, Competition Commission and the National Audit office regarding the Pharmaceutical Pricing Regulation Scheme. She has previously been Research Assistant to Andrew Mitchell MP, Shadow Secretary of State for International Development, which included involvement in the Conservative Leadership Contest in 2005. During the 2005 General Election Victoria worked as a Late Duty Press Officer at Conservative Campaign Head Quarters. For the 2010 General Election, she once again worked in the Press Office, this time in Broadcasting.

Brittany Greer
A seasoned US campaigner Brittany worked for several lobbying firms in Florida before making her way across the pond to join the Tories New Media team. Greer’s rise through the Tory campaign ranks was a swift one. In October 2009, she started as a new media intern for the party and by January she was named Online Campaigns Manager at the age of 22. Greer had a leading role in the re-vamping of MyConservatives.org, the website launched by the party that served as a portal for the types of online campaign activity new to the U.K. The Conservatives began using Google Ad Words and fundraising via e-mail appeals and online. Politics, the leading magazine in the US for political campaigning, recently recognized Brittany as one of the 2010 ‘Rising Stars’. After leaving the Tories Brittany went on to manage the digital campaigns for commercial clients including PUMA, LastMinute.com and Peachy Pink.
