iNHouse Communications was approached by Blackwell’s owner, Lord Julian Blackwell, to assist with PR activity on the bookselling business as it returns to profitability after several years of losses.

iNHouse Communications continues to work with Blackwell’s as the company restructures and delivers on the strategy of local ownership across it 60-strong high street and university campus based shops. Commenting on this relationship, iNHouse Communications Director Katie Perrior said: “It is a real pleasure to work with a company that is much loved in the UK and held in such high regard. Blackwell’s will soon enter into an exciting phase, emulating the successful John Lewis partnership by offering staff a stake in an employee partnership scheme when the company returns to profitability.
