We have experience dealing with a number of leading organisations involved in High Court proceedings with significant media interest.

We specialise in ensuring the media understand our clients’ cases and effectively handle questions as they arise so our clients can focus on the legal proceedings at hand. In recent years, a leading organisation asked for our assistance in a Judicial Review at the High Court. Our role was to advise on how aspects of the case were briefed to the media to ensure journalists understood technical points of the organisation’s work and to proactively brief if aspects of the case were misunderstood. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, we are not at liberty to disclose the name of our client.
